In just 10-15 minutes, a mitigation video can tell an impactful story of growth. Through a documentary-style short film, we can bring a client’s story to life beyond the legal filings with audio and visuals.
We work with defense teams to create a professionally edited short film that includes interviews with the client, family, or other supporters, materials such as family photographs, letters, poetry or archival documents to supplement a mitigation package or legal motion. These videos give voice to your client and bring your case off the page through the power of video storytelling.

Out of the 12 mitigation videos we have made that have been submitted to judges in resentencing petitions, 10 people have been granted release, one motion is still pending, and one person has been denied release.

The basic package starts at $6500 and includes up to one full day of filming (2-3 interviews) and professional editing of a finished 10-15 minute video. We can also create a custom package that includes additional interviews and b-roll of the client, their family, or other supporting materials.
